Policy Statement

ASL is committed to protect and promote the health and safety of its employees with high quality service. Safety and quality work is an integral part of the company’s operations. This is a declaration of our intent to provide and maintain all the activities as per customer requirements, so far as is reasonably practicable, a safe and healthy working environment of our employees with desired quality services towards achieving our goals.

Quality Management System

ASL group is committed to meet our Customer’s Requirements and  provide a framework for continual improvement, ASL implemented a Quality Management System to meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015 and addressed client and applicable statutory and regulatory QMS requirements.

The Quality Manufacturing System controls the design, manufacture and refurbishment of heat exchangers, pressure vessels and associated pipework in ferrous and non-ferrous materials, ensuring compliance with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015 and where necessary to equipment legislation demands, the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EC.

The Quality Management System is independently certified by an Accredited Certification organisation to ensure compliance with the above standards.

HSE Management System

It is the aim of ASL to adopt a strong commitment to the continual improvement of standards of health and safety management within our organisation. We intend to be recognised as leaders in our field for the effective management of risks to the health and safety of our people, subcontractors and any other persons affected by our work. We hope to prevent all accidents and are committed to meeting or exceeding legislative requirements relating to health and safety

PPEI’s HSE Management System (HSEMS) is designed to meet the requirement of Management system standards, including:

ISO14001: 2015 – Environment Management system requirements

ISO45001:2018 – Occupational Health & Safety Management system requirements
